Frequently Asked Questions
My website has not had any issues without updates, why bother now?
Your website likely uses software like WordPress or Joomla that have routine security patches. Hackers will find security breaches in old versions of software and can hack your website. The software plugins or addons used on your website also have routine updates that address security, bug fixes, and add new features.
Why don't the maintenance plans include content updates?
In order to keep the pricing as low as possible I decided make content management fees an add-on service. This means my Maintenance Plans are not bloated with things you won’t use. Many web design firms include content management in their plans, but their plans are three or four times more the price!
If you only spend 30 minutes doing content updates, will I be billed for an entire hour?
No, everything is prorated to the nearest quarter of an hour. You’ll never be billed for a full hour if you only have 20 to 30 minutes of work done.
If Tiberius Web Solutions did not build my website, can I still purchase content updates or maintenance plans?

Yes, in most cases we can. We would first need to identify the platform and any custom tools you may have. 

I rarely need content updates for my website, do I stll need a maintenance plan?

Security, not content, is the key reason for maintenance. If you have outdated software, hackers can exploit vulnerabilities.

Are there any discounts for Content Updates?

Yes! We can work out bulk pricing for content updates if you have a revolving heavy content site.
